Solicitud de Devolución

Si desea devolver algún artículo, ya sea para un reembolso o cambio, deberá escribirnos a info@lapatriciafashion.com para hacer la solicitud de devolución.

Pasos para hacer una devolución

1. Antes de realizar una devolución debe leer los términos y condiciones para revisar si su devolución cumple con las políticas de la compañía.
2. Ponga en una caja o bolsa junto con su FACTURA ORIGINAL los productos que desea retornar y envíelo usando el Correo Postal de los Estados Unidos (USPS) o la agencia postal UPS a la siguiente dirección: 520 FAIR ST. CARMEL, NY 10512, Tel:  +1 (914) 830-7018 

Términos y Condiciones para devoluciones y cambios

Nuestra compañía se reserva el derecho de revisar los productos devueltos apenas lleguen, y de determinar si el producto ha sido tratado de acuerdo con las instrucciones específicas de cuidado, y si las condiciones de devolución aplican.

Nuestra política dura 7 días. Si han transcurrido 7 días desde su compra, lamentablemente no podemos ofrecerle un reembolso o cambio. 

1. Los Productos de especial y promociones son compras final.

2. No se hacen reembolsos de dinero al igual que cargos de envío y manejo para devoluciones sin justificación.

3. Las devoluciones de productos con defectos de fabrica, se refiere a cierres dañados, taches, zapatos despegados, y/o defectos de costura.

4. Productos que no hayan sido tratados de acuerdo con las instrucciones de cuidado prescritas en la prenda no serán cambiadas, ni se harán reembolsos de dinero, bajo ninguna circunstancias. Cada una de nuestras prendas está diseñada para una talla específica, no se reconocen daños por forzarlas.

5. Debido a regulaciones sanitarias no aceptamos ningún cambio en ropa interior como: Fajas, Bodies reductores, Boxers, y productos de belleza como gel reductores. Los Leggings con faja que sean probados o estén estirados no hay forma de que podamos cambiarlos o aceptar una devolución.

6. Para los artículos no defectuosos y los artículos que se reciben al 100%, cobramos una tarifa de reposición del 10%, le enviaremos una etiqueta de devolución tan pronto como recibamos su solicitud y tan pronto como recibamos el artículo que devolvió, procesaremos el reembolso menos la tarifa de reposición del 10%.

7. Para los productos con defecto de fabrica (cierres dañados, taches, zapatos despegados, y/o defectos de costura) tiene un plazo máximo de 7 días a partir de la fecha de compra para su devolución. El intercambio será efectivo siempre y cuando el artículo no presente olores y su empaque y etiqueta no haya sido usados, maltratados o dañados. En todo caso debe presentar la factura de compra. 

8. Usted será responsable de pagar sus propios costos de envío para devolver su artículo. Los gastos de envío no son reembolsables. Si recibe un reembolso, el costo de envío de devolución se deducirá de su reembolso. Si el paquete fue devuelto a nuestra tienda después de varios intentos de entrega usted será el responsable de los gastos extras por el nuevo envío.

9. No otorgamos devoluciones monetarias, créditos a tarjeta de crédito o algún tipo financiero de devolución.

10. La Patricia Fashion, no es responsable por problemas de salud o alergias que puedan producir el uso de estos productos.

La Patricia Fashion se compromete en primera instancia a cambiar por el mismo producto siempre y cuando haya existencia, en caso contrario por otra referencia y de no ser posible por otro tipo de producto o finalmente se otorgaría un crédito a favor del cliente para su próxima compra. No otorgamos devoluciones monetarias, crédito a tarjetas de crédito o algún tipo financiero de devolución.

Return request

If you want to return an item, either for a refund or exchange, you must write to us at info@lapatriciafashion.com to make the return request.

Steps to make a return

Terms and Conditions for returns and exchanges

Our company reserves the right to review returned products as soon as they arrive, and to determine if the product has been treated in accordance with the specific care instructions, and if the return conditions apply.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Special Products and promotions are final purchases.
2. There are no money refunds as well as shipping and handling charges for returns without justification.
3. Returns of products with manufacturing defects refer to damaged zippers, studs, detached shoes, and / or sewing defects.
4. Products that have not been treated in accordance with the care instructions prescribed on the garment will not be exchanged, nor will money refunds be made, under any circumstances. Each of our garments is designed for a specific size, no damage is recognized by forcing them.
5. Due to sanitary regulations we do not accept any changes in underwear such as: Shapewear, reducing bodysuits, Boxers, and beauty products such as reducing gel. Sash Leggings that are tested or stretched there is no way we can exchange them or accept a return.
6. For non-defective items and 100% received items, we charge a 10% restocking fee, we will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process the refund less 10% restocking fee.
7. For products with a manufacturing defect (damaged closures, studs, detached shoes, and / or sewing defects) you have a maximum period of 7 days from the date of purchase for their return. The exchange will be effective as long as the item does not present odors and its packaging and label have not been used, abused or damaged. In any case, you must present the purchase invoice.
8. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package was returned to our store after several delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the extra costs for the new shipment.
9. We do not grant monetary refunds, credit card credits or any kind of financial refund.
10. La Patricia Fashion is not responsible for health problems or allergies that may result from the use of these products.

Patricia Fashion undertakes in the first instance to exchange for the same product as long as there is existence, otherwise for another reference and if not possible for another type of product or finally a credit would be granted in favor of the client for their next purchase .
